TaDa!!

March 7, 2008

I’m doing it! I’m starting my own business. I’ve got my business license, my site is live, but still a work-in-progress, and I’m moving forward.

Awesome! Wishing you lots of success!

I’m the same way when it comes to perfectionism. Sometimes you just need to do it!

    With friendship,

How exciting! Why work for someone else, if you can be your own boss? You obviously have the experience and knowledge to go out on your own, so why not? Keep us posted!

Thank you, thank you, everybody! I surely feel as if I will be successful, although I admit to mini panic attacks now and then!

Cantueso – check the categories on the right, look for Chihuahua and you’ll find lots of pictures of my little lovely Lily.

Wow, you are an inspiration to me. I’ve always had big plans to do things but never get off my ass and do them. The site looks great and I wish you great success.

But Joan, didn’t you own your own store for a long time? I’d say that’s doing something big. You deserve to rest now, in my not-so-humble opinion. 🙂

Yes, I did own a store for 25 years. I do feel like I accomplished a lot with it and helped a lot of people. But now that I am home I have all these projects I have planned to do and haven’t done one of them and I’ve been home over a year. I do love being home though but I don’t want to stop doing things. So I really do have to get off my almost healed ass and do the scrapbooking and jewelry making and organic salve making and all the other projects I buy all the stuff for and don’t do. Yet at the same time I always seem to be so busy. This blogging thing takes up my time but I love it.

Anyway I am happy to see you going after your dream.
