WOW!! I feel like I am looking out my front window with that pic! Except, that i am on the east coast, and i have lake effect snow. I cannot believe that is Seattle that i am looking at!!! Yep…i am with you on the “STOP”!!!
Isn’t that insane? This is so not like here. (Saw your other comment about you being a PNW transplant…) I may not get to my mom’s for Christmas. That would be really depressing.
I love it. What time of day did you take this photo? I remember as a kid being outside still playing when it started to get dark, and the snow took on a magical quality. This looks like dusk, is it? Or is it just a dark day? Oh lord…LOL…I hope it’s dusk. 🙂
Wendy, I took that at about 9 am from my office window. It was probably still a bit dusky then. It’s really bright now. And I also wonder if some isn’t my camera quality. Maybe I’ll borrow Stepford psycho wife’s snow shovel and dig myself out of this lovely warm snow fort I live in. LOL. Then again, maybe not.
My grandkids and daughter (and SIL) are loving playing in the snow. Cayden has a snow suit, so it’s perfect. Check out Cindy’s blog. She has some cute pictures up.

WOW! That snow is crazy! I loved your photo of the Christmas lights shining through the snow. Very pretty!
